General Shipping and Delivery

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. 

  • All orders get dispatched with Australia Post or a reputable courier service within one business day.

  • We also do Express shipping, and you can choose your shipping options at checkout.

  • It is important to consider that if you give us the authority to leave the consignment in your absence, then we will no longer take any responsibility after left at the door.
  • Nor the other factors that can affect your parcel while it is sitting unattended - like rain, heat, dirt, damage, etc. 
  • In this situation, we can only guarantee delivery and quality up to the point that the track and trace tell us the goods left for you.

  • Our delivery system keeps track of your purchase. You will receive a tracking number by email once the items get dispatched.

  • Your items will usually arrive 2-5 working days after you receive an email confirming dispatch.

  • Delivery is within Australia, to street addresses or PO Boxes. If delivery is to a business or work address, please supply the name of the company in the shipping field of your order to assist with delivery.

  • Delays in postage are out of our control, but we will endeavour to resolve any transit issues as quickly as possible.

  • If an incorrect delivery address has been supplied, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs.

  • Free Shipping is within Australia on all orders and excludes external territories.
